Gran Melia Iguazu is my favorite place in Puerto Iguazu. The rooms are a nice size with comfy beds. The breakfast spread is large and the views of the lake are absolutely superb. It's in a magnificent, stunning location, just a short walk to the park and the standout attraction, the waterfalls on the Argentinian side.

It was very good time in Puerto Iguazu. Ideal and clean hotel, loved it. The staff were very attentive and helpful and provided help. My room included central heating, a personal safe and pay TV. The bed was extremely comfy and the balcony had marvellous views across the national park. The service was good.
The staff were very unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

I spent 1 night here and greatly enjoyed it. The hotel was truly exceptional with genuinely helpful staff. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Salto Mbigua. The property is in a very nice area, just a short distance from the Falls.

Average score. Negatives: very very dated room (needs major updating), shocking shower with barely any water coming out. Positive: location, location, location!!!! And food was pretty good too... In fact, the only reason you would choose this hotel is because it's in the park and thus gives you easier access to the falls... but it's not a 5-star, more like a 3-star. Expensive but it's all about the location sometimes...
